Yesterday I went for a Covid jab However, last year I was quite ill and went to the surgery. I was seen straight away by Dr Ruth Hambleton. She was amazing and referred me to hospital. for treatment.

I can honestly say I have always had good service

The Surgery is so well run by all who work there it’s excellent and unfortunately for them , with the increased building in the area it puts a lot of pressure on the surgery for all who work there . So of course it’s more difficult to get an appointment because the extra houses have loaded the surgery . The only difficulty for old people is negotiating the website but staff are always willing to help. Thank you for all you do .

If only you could magic more staff and less patients . I am a grateful patient whose had more attention than ever before thank you

It’s just pot luck at 8am to get an appointment for that day on the telephone. It does seem unlikely! I’ve been very lucky so far but some people have to wait many days! Don’t know how you can improve it, too many people in our area!!

All your staff in the surgery are so pleasant and helpful. 10/10

Always have to hold for a long time Appointments for the current day usually gone Just seems harder to se3 a doctor than in years gone by

Expand communication and booking through the NHS app Make it easier to ask and get answers by email and or through NHS app

Easier than what seems to be the average time taken to secure an appointment elsewhere.

The surgery performed extremely well on this occasion.
